Late cancellation/notice, no-show policy Late cancellation/notice must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If a cancellation or notice occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the service will be charged. This policy also applies to no-shows. The 50% fee must be settled before scheduling the next appointment after three no-shows we will no longer be able to accept you as a client. A credit/debit card is required to be on account for all clients
